when you open your chat window in msn you can see ur user diplay picture if your cam is operational you will see a small cam imamsn driver downloadsge if you click there u can start a video conversation with your friend.or esle if you goto the "Actions" tab there is amsn driver downloads "video" option if you click that also you can start your web conversation.your contact needs to be online to do so.
