You have to remove the one you have got, first. Flash player 10 or flash player 10 active X
download the stand alone installer here -
if you have internet explorer, download this one and save it to your desktop


if you havecannot download adobe flash player 10 firefox, download this version


once downloaded, close your browser THEN install flash player. Good luck.
You may need to remove your old version of Flash before you can replace it with the latest version.

1) Download cannot download adobe flash player 10the Flash Removal Tool (FRT) - see link below.
2) Install the FRT.
3) Run the FRT.
4) Reboot your computer.
5) Visit the Adobe website and download the latest version of Flash.
